Why Can’t I Log In After Creating My Account?
WHY CAN'T I LOG IN?

The most common reason for login issues is using the Email Address instead of the Customer ID.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Use your Account Number (e.g., 12345), NOT your email.

Your Customer ID is a unique identifier assigned at registration and sent to your email immediately after sign-up.

Other Possible Reasons:
  • Duplicate Accounts: Only one account per person is allowed. If you had an old account, the new one may be automatically closed.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction: You might be trying to log in from a location not currently supported by our services.
