How to Access & Enable Live Dealer:

First Time Users: If this is your first time depositing and you have not made a sports wager, please do so in order to get the live dealer option enabled automatically.

Troubleshooting Access: If you cannot see the menu, please enable pop-ups for our site. Additionally, players must have at least one wager in Sports to enable the Live Dealer option.
Desktop Instructions (Computer):

1. Log in to your account and click on "Casino" near the top left-hand side.
2. From the casino menu, click on "Live Dealer Casino" (Ensure pop-ups are enabled).
3. Once the pop-up appears, you will be in the lobby. Transfer funds from your sportsbook available balance using the cashier wallet located near the top right-hand corner.
4. Once the amount has been transferred, you are ready to choose your game.
Mobile Device Instructions:

1. Log in and tap on the green circle at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Casino".
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Live Dealer Casino" (Ensure pop-ups are enabled).
3. You will enter the live dealer cashier wallet. Tap on the amount you want to transfer.
4. Tap on the red square close symbol at the top right-hand side of the cashier wallet. This takes you to the Blackjack lobby.
5. To change games, tap on the four horizontal lines (top left-hand corner) to choose between Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Super 6.
Managing Your Funds:

Why are my funds not at the tables? Live Dealer works as a 3rd party with a cashier wallet system. You must transfer funds from and back into your sports account.

Transferring back to Sportsbook:
-- Computer: Close the table window to return to the lobby. Go to the top right cashier wallet and click "Return Funds to main balance".
-- Mobile: Close the table window to return to the lobby. Tap on “Return Funds to main balance” to move funds back to your sportsbook balance.
Disconnections & Claims:

If you get disconnected and have a claim, please email casinoclaims@youwager.lv including:
-- Date and Time.
-- Table Name.
-- Dealer Name (if remembered).

Claims take 24 hours to resolve. You may also contact the Pit Boss on schedule via the live dealer table chat.
