RACEBOOK WAGERS EXPLAINED

Straight Bets

-- WIN: Betting that your horse will finish 1st.

-- PLACE: Your horse must finish 1st or 2nd.

-- SHOW: Your horse must finish 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

-- ACROSS THE BOARD: Three bets in one (Win, Place, and Show). If the horse wins, you collect all three. If 2nd, you collect Place and Show. If 3rd, you collect Show only.

Exotic Wagers: Exacta & Quinella

-- EXACTA: Pick the 1st and 2nd finishers in exact order.

-- QUINELLA: Pick the 1st and 2nd finishers in any order. (Functions like an Exacta Box).

Multi-Race Bets & Parlays

-- DAILY DOUBLE: Pick the winner of two consecutive races.

-- PARLAY: A multi-race bet where the risk + winnings from one horse carry over to the next selection. If any leg loses, the entire wager is lost. Available as Win, Place, or Show Parlays.
