IF Bets and Reverses
IF BETS AND REVERSES
Baseball Pitching Rules

-- In order to use risk + win amount all Baseball selections must include both listed pitchers. If Action is chosen instead, the risk amount will be the maximum bet on your next wager.

-- In case of a pitching change on an "Action" selection, all consecutive payouts will be affected by the adjusted price.
IF Bets

An IF bet joins two straight wagers (up to 6) where the second bet only has action if the first is successful. This limits risk and is useful when funds are inadequate to cover multiple straight bets at once.

Two Types of Action:

1. Single Action (If Win Only): The second part only has action if the first part wins. If the first part is a push, no action, or cancelled, the risk is returned.

2. Double Action (Win, Push, or Cancel): If the first part is a win, push, no action, or cancelled, the second part of the wager is placed.
Reverse Bets

A Reverse bet is a series of IF bets going both forward and in reverse order. Each team pairs with the other to form two separate IF bets.

First Part Second Part (Reverse)
Patriots -8 ($110 to win $100)
Double Action
Then: Oakland A's -175 (Risk $110 to win $63)
Oakland A's -175 ($110 to win $63)
Double Action
Then: Patriots -8 (Risk $110 to win $100)
Total Risk: $220 | Maximum Win: $326
Possible Outcomes

-- Both Win: Win $163 on the first part + $163 on the reverse. Total: +$326

-- Patriots Win / A's Lose: Lose $10 on the first part + $110 on the reverse. Total: -$120

-- A's Win / Patriots Lose: Lose $110 on the first part + $47 on the reverse. Total: -$157

-- One Push/Cancel + One Loss: Total Loss: -$220

-- One Push/Cancel + One Win: Win $126 (if A's win) or $200 (if Patriots win).
